Every other nerf is ok. None of them are weapon breaking EXCEPT this one. I often find myself taking cover after those 3 crit hits. In that time I could reload normally, which just makes this perk so dumb to nerf. Why would I use it if the perk is just a gimmick? As it is now, I barely use BH. It's a very situational weapon. After this nerf, it will never get used.
