The white nail perk is what makes the BH unique. Destroying the white nail perk is like taking wolf pack rounds off a gally. It's not unique anymore!!!

It's not unique? Oh I didn't realize there was another sniper rifle in this game that you can fire 18 times without stopping to reload.
