I wouldn't say it would be annihilated it will just mean that people won't use it as much.
[spoiler]The nerf won't effect me though. I have an excess of special and heavy ammo.[/spoiler]

It'll be annihilated. Roll a PVE Efrideet's with Solar burn. It'll be better.

It's damage isn't getting nerfed just the perk.

Efrideet's also has 40 impact. Getting surplus alone makes it better imho. Getting double ammo for all three weapon classes is an awesome perk.

With the perks I put on my Warlock my Black Hammer can go up to 25 shots.
