Black Hammer should [b][u]take 2 rounds from inventory when filling the mag[/u][/b]. That way, it's basically the same as triple tap with less reloading.

Plain and simple if bungee is unhappy with how people use the weapon and see people treat it like an exotic. Instead on ruining the dynamics of the weapon and what it's ment to be. Just make it an exotic and get it over with. There is plenty of other things bungee could of changed. Stability and/or range could of effectively fixed what they planned on fixing.
