You kinda made my argument for me with your own post. There are plenty of options and I think it's really weird that you say there are less skilled players and am wondering where you got this info from? Also black hammer nerf and all the nerds don't make the encounters more difficult and people will find by adjusting their strategies it doesn't even make them longer. It just keeps weapons from being exclusive or a requirement. The nerf of black hammer changes nothing for snipers in pve as a whole, they will still be a viable and even go to way to inflict high damage on enemies. And as to making my argument for me? I sure hope other weapons become more viable as options. In fact, that's the entire point of the nerf.
