Signed. It's the only weapon change that seems needless to me. Only three rounds in the mag, miss one and the perk is negated. The lack of a reload animation doesn't justify that perk slot. Increase the magazine size (to 5 or 6 rounds) and give it Word of Crota's variant for White Nail and it is still a viable sniper.
