But the weapon functions EXACTLY the same except without the crutch of free ammo.
So, where is the problem?
If you're good 18 crits in a row will do DEVASTATING levels of damage. Ammo Synth or pick a box up and it starts again.

18 rounds are nothing when compared to infinite supply, also you won't scratch more than 15-20% health from any boss with such little reserve ammo

Yeah I can see how the crutch of infinite ammo is helpful. I will still use BH after.

And you can do unlimited amounts of crits as of now so what exactly are you defending

That unlimited ammo is not required and so BH will be just as effective surely?
