I agree. They literally made it Pointess. The reload speed isn't awful, so if you don't land the 3 crits, OH WELL, wait 1 second longer to keep firing the next 3. It's bullshiit and practically ruins the guns uniqueness. There are snipers that reload faster that can put more bullets down range than black hammer could with the perk working and now you're telling us we'll run out of ammo??? FUCCKING signed!
