I ascended mine just before the bad news was released. I don't think it should be nerfed but here's another case of being punished for having a skilled hand. It's not just the perk that makes Black Hammer more popular than the exotic snipers. Black Hammer has Ambush scope whereas Ice Breaker & P&T scopes are more like telescopes. Plus P&T's zoom seems messed up. At the very least give me my etheric light back.
