Agreed.
Ghorn will still out DPS everything else, and the ONLY rocket even close is Hunger of Crota because of cluster bomb DPS but that's nowhere near as focused as Wolfpack, so Ghorn will still be less god-tier, but still a deity compared to anything else.

Does Hezens Vengence do more damage than hunger? Just doesn't have tracking?

Well, Rocket damage is based off of blast radius, so bigger boom equals bigger damage. (And I have absolutely no idea how cluster damage is calculated.) I mean, you can use whatever you like, but tracking rockets are much better for making sure you hit your target. (especially if velocity is really low.)

Yes they dont nerf the detonation of ghorns rockets which will be better than every rocket launcher in the game. Like you said only the wolfpack gets a nerf but it still makes much damage. Im sure
