Think that's bad? I was refused twice at the Canadian border. First time I asked why? They said there's something on your record, you have an open case, we don't know the details so go to your local police department. I went to the police department and they said we have no idea what you are talking about. A few years later I tried again. This time they said you are illegally attempting to enter our country, you are banned until you get a pardon from the Canadian consulate. Any further attempts to enter will result in arrest. After that I went to the public courthouse and they found out that I did indeed have a case that was not closed for hopping a subway turnstyle when I was a kid. Can you believe that? I got denied into a country because I bypassed a $1 subway token lol.
