I got mine at 152 hours 4 days ago been playing 2 months. I also got my second elder cipher and my last word since then. all of my luck changed that day maybe because it was my dad's birthday. RNG'sus loves me this week. I also got it on my decently new warlock which had about 19 hours of in game time.
