I will break your spinal cord in such a way that you cannot swallow and causing you to be paralysed neck down, i will then sandpaper down your limbs into bloody stumps (dont worry, you cant feel the pain, you can just see the bloody mess) once done i will use the bone dust from the sandpapering to mix into a drink and force you to drink it, as you cannot swallow you will choke to death. I will then flush your head down the toilet to make sure you're dead
