A dozen black Stag VTOLs, entirely unmarked, burn oily contrails over Perth Hampton, then sweep into an attack formation. Soldiers in blue-grey jumpsuits and tactical vests, carrying various Forgehand weapons and armor, fast-rope into the city's main garrison and begin engaging the security forces they encounter.
For future reference, the three main city's are guarded by the Goliath: a massive mostrosity of stone and vine. Try to swoop in again for a OP kill like that without resistance, you will be promptly F*CKED UP.
-
Good to know. I figured only the capital had a Goliath.
-
They do.

It's a little OP to have your only major geographic areas protected by an unbeatable colossus. Looks like I need to talk to the Forgehands. Where can I find Lego?

Coming from the guy who's rooted himself in my thread based on my story, who doesn't understand that a group of militiants from an old era don't stand a chance against the capital of the most fortified valley in this thread? Yes, its OP, to counteract unnecessary interventions. Also, don't call me out on DM overreach when that post was a total GM. PlsKThx.

Sorry, man. I started as a part of your guys' army in the original thread. Once the big nuking happened and the thread went dark, I've been jumping from thread to thread, playing as the major representative of what's left of Perth. My characters have changed over that time to fit the new reality that everything's been changing around them. This used to be their home, and they're tired of being taken advantage of. Sorry about the DM overreach too, I missed the edits you and Blackjack did.

Don't sweat it. I'm keeping you around for a reason too lol. These guys are evil, but only so many people can stop them.
-
Who are evil?
-
Almost ALL of them.
-
Well yeah. I'm pretty sure the only Lawful Good dudes are your troops.
The Stratos Collective grows tired of your unjustified attacks

The unknown troops plant explosive charges on the garrison's supply depot and armory. After downloading all relevant data on the Monarchy, the troops exfiltrate by helicopter and once again disappear, with the base exploding behind them.

Edited by Stratos: 7/14/2015 1:07:38 AM*The helicopters are shot out of the sky by an Obliterator, deep in orbit. There were no survivors, the weapons platform designed to cut holes through full sized starships desintigrates the small aircraft in a brilliant flash of white light as the atoms constructing the aircraft, personnel, and stolen data, are dissolved into their base particles: electrons, neutrons, and protons, with no hope of reconstruction as all atomic integrity has been lost.*
Edit: changed 'helicopter is' to 'helicopters are', as I had miss read the sub comment and believed a single aircraft had conducted the raid.
Edited by Ex PI: 7/14/2015 1:24:57 AMThe few choppers that survive the Stratos attack, each carrying duplicate copies of the data, land safely in a hidden base.
read above. Sorry bout that.
