I got mine from the deceptive engram and to the people saying they got it from Atheon I say get good. You can't get the Vex from Atheon, he is only a major from a Nightfall and I played Madden NFL 2002 I should know where the Vex comes from.

From dismantling nexhrocasm 45 times I gathered enough shards to finally bribe xylar to give me the vault of glass key then I had to push off Atheon several times before receiving two mythoclasts
