Orthodox jews feared Christans, there debatablely responsible for the death of Jesus. Sure romans killed jesus but they did it because the local jewish magistrates feared him and passed judgment. The romans themselves were divided on Christans, some regarded them as a fringe cult, some an oddity and to fewer a new religion. that was the start of a history of conflict between the Abrahamic religions that arguably continues to this day. Most recently the creation of isreal ment the forced annexation of many Muslims and has been a point of contention since but thats a whole other story in it of itself. Just saying there is no such thing as a peaceful religion only peaceful people.

Idk about the first one, but the formation of Israel was a gift from the UN after the holocaust. And certain religions aren't bad, there are just some religions with more bad people.

It wasn't a gift from the UN, it was given to them by Britain (nothing against the British they didn't know there were already inhabitants there) The Israelis were given a choice, some land in Africa, or in modern day Palestine (Israel if you like) You can obviously guess they chose the one in the Middle East And they believed that since they had been "promised" this land both by God with the coming of prophet Musa (or Moses) that it condoned the killing of thousands of innocent Palestinians Even the breaking of UN laws against chemical warfare, and using white phosphorous on civilians (don't know what that does? Google it) You can argue with me but my belief is mine, I just got back to Amman from Palestine today, after weeks there and I visited both sides of the wall, I can tell you there's a difference, Palestine is war torn, many villages burned, lots of power outages, little water, but everyone works together in tough times Israel is luxurious, they have guns, Palestinians don't, they have supplies, it's almost like Hawaii, nice beaches with water so clear you can barely tell it's there, everyone living a nice rich life on soil that was probably someone innocents before they came

It was a "gift" that to many they had no right to give. The mostly Muslim natives of the area certainly dint want to gift anything lest of all there land but they couldn't stop it. the land itself wasint even recognized as a country even though it had people who lived there for generations. Having said that its a grey situation theres fault on both sides those natives weren't all together civil or peaceful. But anyway id say theres no innocent religion. There could be a blood thirsty fanatic jew the same as a Christan, a Muslim or whatever.
