Destiny vs Witcher 3

Why am I comparing Destiny to Witcher 3? My way of celebrating Bungie day (a day late)... It's time to blame Activision :) EDIT : So a lot of people are calling me an "idiot" and "retarded" and using "click bait" after admitting they didn't watch the video. Thanks to those in the community who actually watched it and have taken the time to defend me. I never intended this to be click bait or something that would anger so many people. It's just a simple comparison between how the games were published and how I think that affected the content size and DLC practices.

Thank you Lono..... This was a great comparison. Self publishing allows for much more freedom with developing a game. Unfortunately for us, we have to wait for the Bungie / Activision contract to run its course before Bungie can actually attempt to self publish. Destiny is running the typical course of an Activision game. And Bungie knew what they were getting into when signing the contract with Activision. And Activision's yearly pricing guideline will continue to upset a lot of Bungie faithful. But there may be hope around the corner. Microsoft knows Halo 4 was a complete disaster compared to the previous IPs. So what do they do? They offer free DLCs with Halo 5 and also guarantee that Halo 5 will be on its own dedicated server for its multiplayer. Activision may not follow the exact blueprint for The Taken King if it takes a flop, but expect a lot of changes if sales don't meet expectations.
