Satire right? And he got America out of the Great Depression, totally helped kick ass in world war 2, helped found the March of Dimes, lived through part of his presidency with Polio, had 4 -blam!-ing terms, the only president ever to have more than two, the list goes on and on...

Not satire. His policies prolonged the Great Depression by about 10 years. Provoked the Japanese into attacking Pearl Harbor. Had prior knowledge of the attack and withheld it to maximize American casualties to get the US to enter into an unpopular war. Outlawed private ownership of gold. Ordered crops to be burned and livestock slaughtered and left to rot to raise food prices at a time when the US population was already poor and starving. Began the tradition of imperial presidencies wasting taxpayer money and building a cult of personality leading to the passage of a constitutional amendment to never allow a person to serve more that 2 terms.
