Yea, totally sucks. Why you just can't invite to game like XB1 is beyond me.
I have great internet (pay thru the nose for it) but great internet, for some reason everytime a get a request or invite on PS4 it always at least 10-15 min old. Some times I get lucky and they are still looking just like me but many times the game is already full..
