This is going to be hard enough with hard raid completions. I heard that less than 10% of the player base have done the hard raids.

Those numbers are deceiving. It's like 20% of anyone who has ever even just put Destiny in their machine. If you compare it with other trophies that one would get just from normal play, it works out to about half the active player base.
