Yep I know but since over 500 have voted that ToO should be required hopefully Bungie sees this and does something about it next time round And as for the 750 votes for it not to be required they are just people who don't want to put the effort into playing the whole game. I for one will be doing all the Hard modes over the next two months even tho I dislike it. I play for fun which I find in PvP mean while PvE just seems like a grind which you just have to start over every week, but I will do it for this emblem.
