Your recorded gameplay that is saved in Xbox Upload can be edited and shared using Upload Studio (free app on Xbox One) and OneDrive. Upload Studio is an app that will allow you to bind, splice, and edit gameplay clips that you have recorded. Once you edit the video, you will be able to save it to your Xbox One. In order to share your video with me, there is a check box option called "Upload to OneDrive". Be sure to check the box, as that is the only way (that I know how) you can share your clips outside of Xbox.
