I don't think that that should be implemented because there are multiple different ways to get etheric light with iron banner and nightfall being the easiest and you can get a minimum of 6 etheric light from doing poe on all 3 characters. Plus this might break the game because a noob at the game could get to level 34 and ascend their weapons easily.
