They should just have the vanguard/crucible vendors rotate their stock every month or 2 weeks. That would give people enough time to earn their marks for gear they want and/or save up for the next rotation if they didn't like that selection.

This. That and sell weapon parts. And allow us to reroll new armor with different perks like we can the new guns. I'd love to try to roll some gauntlets with fast melee and hand cannon reloader for pvp.
