So Bungie could then make a separate strike playlist or crucible playlist for everyone who was here in September to participate at the RNG chance of getting one of the weapons so we can all maintain our special snowflake status!

Not about being a snowflake. It defeats the purpose and would mean all the time that the loyal players who planned smart was for nothing. it would change destiny's layout entirely. Just not gonna happen.

How would it change the layout? It would just give some more variety to a world that's so utterly similar.
