Idk why everyone thinks master chief is the best at anything he's human so I'm pretty sure anything that's immortal or the sun exploding would easily kill him

You could bring in tactical knowledge and stuff, but I hate debating that since it always end up with Batman+infinite prep time being the strongest being in the multiverse.

I agree about the chuck Norris thing, but chief is far more than just human. He's on par with captain America, plus his suit and weapon arsenal. Both are super soldiers, both are highly trained in all forms of combat, and both have brilliant tactical prowess (master chief was trained in it). Although chief also has heightened reflexes and a titanium covered skeleton. And his suit.
