Good Video. Here's my thoughts.
Don't put a number of subcribers at the beginning. A video shouldn't be dated.
There was an awkward pause in the middle. I find it better to keep consistency.
I would have named it "Stick Around" or "The Monte Carlo Method" that's just me though

Why can't a video be dated? A 100 Subscribers video is a great milestone and a nice way to show appreciation to your Subscribers. Besides... The upload date of any video is always visible.
