Not defending Bungie in the least, lol More trying to explain to the kids who keep feeling the need to come into our threads to call us "whiners" for saying bad things about Destiny. Edit: Also, there really wasn't a "Halo side" of Bungie. The entire company was all about it up until their break from Microsoft and all control of the series was turned over to 343 Industries which was a new studio established by Microsoft for the specific purpose of overseeing the franchise. Following whatever shit that went down with Activision prior to the launch of Destiny, the lead writer Joseph Staten who was greatly involved and responsible for the creation of Destiny's world/universe and story abruptly quit the company and joined up with 343 to continue working on projects with them instead. To my knowledge, he is the only person from Bungie that is at 343.

To my knowledge, he is the only person from Bungie that is at 343.[/quote] When I call someone a fanboy, its usually because they are a fan of destiny and see nothing wrong with the destiny, never has it been because they are a halo fan, i don't consider halo fans the same unless they defend destiny. also when Staten left, the story to destiny was torn apart, leaving little of the original games story, so even though he helped create it, I cannot consider this failure of a game, in any way, related to the bungie that made halo. On the other hand if someone calls people like me, who think the game is a joke, a whiner, I either ignore it or I troll them backing up my arguments with a bombardment of proof (facts) containing videos and articles. I didn't realize you were defending people like us when I first read this thread, simply because I don't consider people like us, whiners.
