Captain Omnipotent has powers so vast that he can only be described as being essentially omnipotent as well as omniscient and omnipresent. He knows when and where there is a crime being committed, and won't hesitate to destroy one or more galaxies to stop it; in fact, 95% of all stories involving him ends with him destroying a galaxy, or even the universe, and recreating it in the beginning of the next story.  On a serious note destiny would win because the darkness itself is residing in alternate realities and dimensions. Combining the armies of darkness, the vex can make sure goku and his annoying friends parent were never born, killing them before anything happened. Cabal could just destroy their homeworld but not much else. Hive will pull their entire race out of the Erebus dimensions and adapt the darkness technology and turn the 2 against each other.
