Unfortunately sometimes this happens Guardian, especially if you received an error code and were kicked to orbit or if your Fireteam Leader had an error pop up and it pooched the whole team. There is nothing to be done at this point as Bungie does not replace lost/stolen/glitched/eaten-by-underwear-gnomes weapons or characters. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but your Last Word is in that place the Vex keep locked out of a space and time.
