I've never heard anything stupid, but this is some stupid stuff I've seen. Kids would clog the toilet and shit on top of the toilet paper. Then they would pick up the shit with toilet paper and rub it all over the toilet seat. Then they would put a little on the toiler paper roll and put some on the floor. Poor janitor.
