That's two very different and very un scaled sides. They (being the Saiyans) could AND would easily blow up planets and move on if we're going with the upcoming revival of F (super hyped for that, coming to theaters this august!!) The cabal are the only know group to do the same, and they got BIG machines to do that rather than their own power.
