Police should enforce this...Exactly how would that happen without big brother peeking into your living room. It sounds like a group of kids has tp'd your house, blown up your mail box and egged your car because you are that one neighbor nobody likes. Yup..pretty much that. Sorry, but as I child this was generally the case.
