Because just as many studies have shown that playing violent games has no bearing on personality development or aggression. In fact, they can be used as stress relief therapy. If you want to blame poor behavior and social interaction on anything, blame it on parents that let the television, Internet and video games babysit their kids without being there to educate them about what is real vs what is make believe and why such actions are wrong to do in real life. My kids didn't learn any foul language from video games, they learned it from other kids at school who have older siblings. You don't see me saying that we shouldn't let kids go to school, do you? Destiny is incredibly mild. Over is full of evil nonhuman bad guys that have steam or sparks fly out of their heads when you shoot them. No blood and gore in pvp either. I grew up watching looney toons, Tom and Jerry and the three stooges. I turned out pretty well adjusted. Definitely not violent. If you are going to hop up on a soapbox, make sure you have real facts behind your argument. Not just a bunch of antigaming propaganda.
