They contain weapons, armor, even sparrows. The contents can maybe help you through the story, or be rubbish by the time you find them. Once you find one or a few, you realize to look in hidden areas. They are gold (radiant skin) abd disappear after opening them. Have you found them all, or given up the search (gone soft). Gold is very soft. :) You have faced ALL manner of danger to face me. Our encounter?  Perhaps you walked away sorely disappointed. Still, did you become stronger or faster? Wiser and more cunning? Did you learn nothing? That all depends on you. If you do not finish our little game, then perhaps your resolve is softer than me.   Hint #1 (some are already approaching the answer): A score's quarter, in one particular, is very thorough.
