I will say this i personally cant play with many squeakers because they just annoy the hell out of me. However i have no problem with them playing. Ultimately it is up to the parents and unfortunately we have no say in that. Is it right for kids to play an fps? Maybe, maybe not. Some are mature enough to handle it and others go crazy because they are not.
Parents now seem to be less restrictive of their kids and how they act online. I know i could never get away with cussing someone out whether virtually or in real life. But this is not exclusive to kids. Adults also act like they have no tact online. Smoking, eating, cussing, racial slurs and anger comes from adults and teens who should definitely know better.
Also remember that some parents may not know what is going on. The kid may have grabbed an older siblings copy or acted out when the parents were not around so it may not be a result of carefree parenting.
Ultimately i say let them play. It is going to be up to the parents and it is going to happen anyway. I mean i cant tell you how many times i have seen babies/toddlers at R rated movies, usually horror. But it is not my place to go above and beyond to tell them how to parent or have them removed from the theater. It is up to the parents and we really have little say in it other than suggestions and advice, we cant force them to parent differently.

May i inquire as to why?

For supporting the corruption of our youth.

Alright but i do have some questions. How would you fix the issue then? Parenting licenses? Communal ownership of children? Constant monitoring of daily activites? I only ask because unless one of these extremes happen kids are going to play, and parents are going to be negligent/unaware. I mean stores dont sell the games to underage customers, there are rating systems in place, and there are parental controls on consoles. Again unless you force one of the extremes i mentioned you cannot stop bad parenting or the kids from playing ultimately it is up to the parents.
