Ya one player has it. Doesn't mean it's released or accessible to other players. Plus the Fate is broken and they won't fix it (it's perk doesn't work)

Ya, broken not attainable very well not a finished gun so it's partly in the game not entirely

You can Datamine all sorts of files but not have t be obtainable. For example, the newest iron banner class items have been in the files since Iron Banner was release. You could just never obtain the items.
