The only things that matter are that you're female, you respect the other members of the clan, and you love this game. I've found this group to be helpful, supportive and non-judgement regarding what gear you do/don't have. We have members quite young and not so, including an awesome grandmother that just ran Vault of Glass with me and other members of the group. Hope that helps!
