You can shoulder charge kill pretty much anybody in any situation in crucible, which is actually more useful than it might seem.
I would be curious if it would kill a Sunsinger wearing the Ram with Radiance active in a Titan bubble though lol.
Sucks for Defenders. One more thing that makes the bubble even more of a joke in PvP.
