You see its not an R rated game, it says that the online experience of players isn't classified, so yeah you're gonna get that, as bad as it is, it'll always be there I would recommend an MA15+ rating, I live in Australia so its M here, although I do agree with the majority of what you have said, it is up to the parents of that child in the end
