Most veterans actually enjoy getting legendaries over exotics due to the fact that most of the community or 50% of the community already has a lot of or all of the exotics

Well I don't, I just back into playing the game and I am still looking for exotics to fill my collection or at least upgrade the ones I have. I would like them to add etheric light to the loot pool so I can make my old legendary loot better, I have way to much ascendant materials to actually use and now need etheric to do anything with my old legendries.

I feel your pain bro. I'm not being a dick. I'm simply saying a lot of us have been in your shoes, it sucks. Unfortunately the only way to get what you want is to get extremely lucky while grinding your ass off to get lucky enough to get what you want.

the alternate path is to fix the game....stop changing the stats of weapons based on the PvP feedback and worry more about the story and PvE content that the majority of the community is crying about constantly on the forums and in the game.

Bro I couldn't agree more. I'm just saying making the nightfall only exotics would be sort of dumb in my opinion. I'm 100% with you on everything else though. Nerfs need to stop, only thing I wish that they would've changed with the guns was either buff auto rifles or nerf everything else because crucible is almost unbearable for auto rifles now. They ruined pvp in my opinion.

I would love nightfall exotics, but I requested nightfall legendries so people actually want to play them. Maybe they should have strike gear and have the nightfall with exotics; that would be an interesting thing...makes me want to play strikes more.

I do agree, strikes and night falls are pretty pointless for me. Only reason I even bother with the nightfall anymore is for the rep.
