Anomaly on Mars

So, I and a few of my fellow Clan Members (Death by Hug), have been wondering about the unusually large "Moon" in geostationary orbit above mars. Now, I don't mean the small one that actually looks like Deimos or Phobos, but the HUGE Asteroid above mars: Images included in the imgur link! Geo-Stationary Orbit? Too large & Too close - would have impacted Given Stationary Debris between planetoid and Mars... Possibly encountering a stasis field prior to impact? Highly detailed (even given seams) Not Phobos or Deimos due to size - That can be seen in the last set of images... So, what is it? Possibly sent to destroy Mars but stopped with a stasis field? All that is left of the Cabal's people? An Arkship? What are your thoughts?

Diameter; Volume; Mass; Semi-Major Axis (Orbital Height); Phobos 22.2 km (13.8 mi); (27×21.6×18.8) km; 10.8×10^15 Kg; 9,377 km (5,827 mi) Deimos 12.6 km (7.8 mi); (10×12×16) km; 2×10^15 Kg; 23,460 km (14,580 mi) I don't know about you, but given the distances involved, that Large one as shown, would NOT be Phobos or Deimos The smaller one possibly. But not the large one.
