We need a formal apology from Luke Smith.
We as a community, deserve some kind of statement and apology, directly from Luke Smith.
The entire situation with The Taken King has gone far beyond the ridiculous pricing issue. Now it's become a matter of principle. I don't know if it will accomplish anything, but I think it would be a pretty damn good start.
UPDATE: As of this week's Weekly Update, Luke Smith has publicly apologized. He has acknowledged that he said things he shouldn't have, and Bungie is planning on making things right with The Taken King.
I think this was a very good thing to do and it will help the entire community start the healing process. I just hope that Bungie keeps to their word.

It's not happening. I'm awesome with not giving companies any money when they think we will throw it at them for WORTHLESS EMOTES that have zero functional purpose. ;o) Props OP. unfortunately for Luke he can't talk his way out of being stupid and looking at community as wallet fodder.
