Well, i was doing VOG hard today and i received a fatebringer, but after moving n to the "exotic" chest in the Gorgons lair i found a Gjhallerhorn, now i'm not saying it is rare but due to it being a rocket launcher the chances of me using it a minimal, i was more exited about getting Fatebringer (and it was only my second run ever in VOG) but yes i do not think it is rare also seeing as how Xur will also sell it most times

Wow... Exotic chest? Bungie really needs to increase the chances of the Exotic chest to give you an Exotic. It would be nice if it actually does! Instead of Warlock Bonds and Materials that are not needed when you have over 500 radiant energy, 200 with other legendary materials.

I thought the same way until I leveled it up to get Wolfpack rounds the thing is godly at PVE

Xur has sold it once and that was week 2, we are on week 42 now so don't tell me that Xur has sold it most times.
