We are all jumping to conclusions too early!!!

I'm sure a lot of you Destiny players are in outrage following the Luke Smith interview about the TTK (I was too). But, a lot of people are saying "Screw this game!!!" Why so soon? The Taken King has only been announced several days ago and there is still 3 months before it actually releases. A lot can happen in 3 months guys. I know this will sound stupid, but what if Luke Smith was under pressure and said the wrong things during that interview. As Deej has said, we will cover the problems about the TTK in the Weekly update on Thursday and also included that us veterans will get something better. Any thoughts guys?

  • I think the community should come down on the devs as early and as often as possible or they'll never learn. I'm firmly convinced that whatever "something better" DeeJ will announce Thursday, it wouldn't be happening without us jumping to conclusions. Bungie has repeatedly shown that they do not think their decisions through, and that those decisions are rarely motivated by what will make the game better. Indeed never motivated by that without a huge amount of outcry. So really it's not so much jumping to conclusions as pattern recognition. Yell at them early. Yell at them often. Make sure they know that nothing is good enough. If we do that they might actually make a good game by accident. If we don't, they'll just continue to milk us for as much money as they can get for as little effort as they can get away with.
