In a way they are giving TTK away for free if you are a new gamer.
I paid about $80 for the game and 2 DLC and now new gamers can pay $80 for the game 2 DLC packs then in Sept get to download the TTK DLC.

I bought the whole game+dlc pack for $95, how did you get to $80, a used copy for the vanilla game?

$95 was preorder+season pass, it could have dropped if you weren't around day one!
