It's the parents' fault. Blame them. Typically raising $450 for a Next-Gen console plus Destiny would be beyond the abilities of most 12 and under children (if they're mature enough to actually earn that kind of scratch then they deserve to be able to play it), ergo in 99.99% of cases the parents bought the kid the console and the game. If they hadn't bought an inappropriately aged game for their crotchfruit so they could avoid any actual parenting then this wouldn't be an issue.
