What's hilarious in Luke Smiths interview even more so is he implies we are unaware of the value of emotes we haven't seen, and will throw money at Bungie for them.
Here's a hint Luke.
EMOTES are WORTHLESS and have zero functionality. You said we are "unaware" of what's literally worthless and throw money at you for what's worthless.
That's not happening.

The experience boosting weapons on the other hand have real meaning to my lvl 9 warlock. It's pretty arrogant to think that emotes are going to get me to shovel over money to the guy. I'd like to hear the audio of that interview to know if he was really as asinine as his words come across in print.

I tend to read text based interviews with a monotone sound thought wise. Since there's no tone of voice in text based chat it's a great way to keep it as legit as possible. He still comes across as juvenile and childish. IMO anyways. ;o)
