It's only recommended to be at least 13. Bungie has nothing against younger audiences.

There's a legality issue involving children 13 or younger .. Their parents have to be the ones that sign them up for the game and forums and even then the kid shouldn't b using the voip its a risk to the kid .. You never know who they are talking to or what info that kid is giving up to the guy on the other side.

Actually I'm 13 and my parents didn't have to do anything. I bought the game and they didn't ask for my parents' permission and I signed up for the forums by myself too. So what are you gonna do about that?

nothing its still a legality issue though as your parents were not the ones to sign u up to this and i didnt say you had to ask ..
