In my opinion, you can't decide that nobody 12 and under should be playing this. You would have to decide based on each person. Generalization doesn't work for a "test group" as varied as the minds of children. (Completely respectful opinion, not meant to be a jerk or anything. Don't want to be on anyone's nerves) :)
